The process was comfortable and professional. The people I interviewed with were personable, accomodating and also very professional. They took noticable efforts to ensure that the interview was as casual and non-threatening as possible, and I felt they did a good job appreciating the previous work I had done. Overall I was impressed with their agency and the work environment, and it felt real - these were real people that had done great work, but were still grounded in reality. No over-inflated egos.
