Applied online in Mid-March and received a call about five weeks later in Mid-April. On a Wednesday, I was offered a brief phone "interview" about the expected interest in the company, etc. Offered a group interview for the following Monday. Group interview consisted of about 11 applicants, and conducted by two managers. Asked basic questions about interest in movies, actors, customer experiences, educational experiences, etc. A skills test, math test, and personality test was given at the end (a bit tedious for a first interview, especially a group one). Was not offered a position.

I received a call from one of the recruiters (5 GM's in the company are recruiters. They each are assigned several theaters which will help the GM at that location hire managers). This process took roughly 30-45min.
I was called a few days later and had a face to face with the GM of my location.

I applied Online and about a week or two later was called in to interview. i was out at the mall, 45 minutes away and my interview was in a hour! so i freaked out dropped everyone that i was with off and went straight to the interview. 10 minutes early i decided to freshen up with some makeup and went to the interview. first i was greeted by a woman, she asked Why i would like to work for the company, What would i bring to the company and she told me about the job and she also gave me tips for the other interview, then the guy came in right after her, he was very intimidating so i got nervous, and he asked me about my skills and then he kind of cut it short. As i was leaving i turned around to notice a girl in the first interview i thought that was a little offending.

I sat down in a room with two of the assistant managers and just had a conversation. Very little of the conversation actually revolved around the job, but ultimately, I found I really liked them and they seemed to like me. At the end of the interview, they told me I was hired.

The Head manager and Assistant manager interviewed me as a team. They asked a lot of questions. It was an okay interview. I would tell people to be themselves during the interview. Ask questions.

First, there was a phone interview with a Regional Manager. He asked about work experience, availability and how one would handle numerous customer service situations. Then, a few days later, I was called for a one on one interview with the General Manager of the theatre in Destin. The GM stated that it was a requirement to be able to relocate. The salary was also discussed.

Negotiation Details
Negotiate for as high of a starting salary as possible, because all pay raises will be based off of that in the future. Just because one is promoted from a Lead Manager to a General Manager does not mean that the increase in pay will be worth the added responsibility.

Before my interview i had been a customer there, commonly seeing movies. I applied for the job and heard back from them 3 days after turning in my application. I heard back from a friend I had working there when my interview would be and next day went in for the interview. It was 1 on 1 with the head manager and a day after the interview they called back offering me the job.
