No Offer – Interviewed in Saint Petersburg, FL Mar 2011 – Reviewed Apr 19, 2011
Interview Details – I applied online for several positions and then the next day I was sent an email from HR to complete a behavioral/personality test online. After completing the online portion, later that week I was asked to come in and do a 1:1 interview with a higher up in the department. I was then asked a week later to come in and do some numeric/verbal testing. I was then notified several days later that I had not been chosen for the position. Overall, my interview experience was great and simple.
Interview Question – Tell me about a good/bad decision that you have made in the past and the process you went through in making that decision. Answer Question

Interview Details – The communication between RJF and myself was great. I received emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. To be honest, I was kind of nervous since I haven't been on an interview in a while but the interviewee made me feel extremely comfortable. The question I found difficult was "What would you change about your current position" I was not ready for that one.
Interview Question – What would you change about your current job? Answer Question
