Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 weeks)
the first step is a phone interview with the HR lady, she'll call and confirm a time for a proper phone interview with herself. the job is described and you are asked if you are willing to go ahead. the phone interview consists of behavioral and general questions. good to be thorough and detailed in your responses. you will also get a chance to ask questions..again be detailed. if you pass that process you will be asked to come in for a group interview..usually the HR lady will confirm a time and day right after the phone interview. if she says ill call back i guess more likely then not she wont. group interview is very similar to the phone interview they will however pick a question out and ask u specifics regarding your skills. you are also required to take a assessment test..once all that is done it takes about 4 to 5 days and you will hear back with an offer. if you accept you will have to pass background and drug screening. GOODLUCK!

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 days)
Received a phone call to ask a few questions then followed with a date to come in and interview. I came in the next week to interview. I came in and was interviewed by two people. They mostly asked about the classes I have taken, my favorites and least favorite and such. They also asked questions to see the depth of my financial knowledge and asked about the fit in the company. I passed and got the job.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Saint Petersburg, FL (took 2 weeks)
I applied online for several positions and then the next day I was sent an email from HR to complete a behavioral/personality test online. After completing the online portion, later that week I was asked to come in and do a 1:1 interview with a higher up in the department. I was then asked a week later to come in and do some numeric/verbal testing. I was then notified several days later that I had not been chosen for the position. Overall, my interview experience was great and simple.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Saint Petersburg, FL (took 1 week)
Typical Careers website posting for positions. If you meet the criteria you will be contacted by a recruiter to come in and do a basic mathematical assessment and initial interview with the HR Rep. RJ is pretty good about letting you know they're interested (in which case you'll be called by the HR Rep to come in for a follow-up interview with the hiring manager(s) and/or their leads) or you'll receive a rejection email (not always timely). This firm is probably the most comfortable environment I've worked in since starting my work experience.

Interviewed May 2009 (took 4 days)
I called up to see if they were still hiring from a search online. After describing my background they requested I come in for a interview. I spoke with the ops manager and then the manager of the office. Upon that was asked salary requirements and I was found to be a little on the high side since everyone is trying to cut costs.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Saint Petersburg, PA (took 4+ weeks)
Started with an e-mail requesting a Hogan Assessment on-line. In about a week I got a call but couldn't get to the phone in time so it was another week before I got to speak to the HR person. Then another week before a phone interview. Then another week before I could get into to t ake the timed skills test. A week later I finally did get called in for a departmental interview.
The HR person was cold and impersonal. Walked a block ahead of me like she was going to catch something from me. Told me it would be two more weeks before she would be able to get back to me. The department manager was ever so nice. Very personal. But...when I asked how much the position paid, I was so dissapointed I fear it showed in my face. I asked how long before they would make a decision and the dept. mgr said it took her 9 months to make her last decision. I fear I got that look again.
I got a turn down by e-mail before I could even get back from the interview. So, big suggestion, show no dissapointment, don't be anxious....you may not want the job anyway. The department was a bunch of small dark cubes. The building is beautiful but the work environment was horrible.
It looked like everyone was happy, but I'm not so sure.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Saint Petersburg, FL (took 3 weeks)
The hiring process was slow, maybe they had a lot of candidates. The process started with an online personality test, then a phone interview, several on site timed skills test and eventually an interview with two of the hiring managers. Eventually I was notified by email that I was not selected. Maybe it was something I said during the interview or maybe some thing in my back ground check that disqualified me. I wish I knew.

Interviewed May 2010 in Saint Petersburg, FL (took 3 weeks)
The recruiter was the best I have encountered! I interviewed with five people who were all very professional and extremely nice. The testing process was my down fall. I admit I was extremely nervous when it came to the battery of timed tests I had to complete. I was so nervous, I blew it! The company appears to be a formal operation which would be expected for their type of business. The guys all appeared to wear ties (you don't see that with many employers in Florida). Also, they like healthy people, I saw very few overweight employees! This is a company for the young college graduate.
