    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Raymond James.

    Interview

The interview was very challenging, but overall productive. I spoke about myself, past experiences, and career plans. The interview was only 30 minutes so there was not much time to cover anything else. The employer was very nice. It was expected because further research shows that RJ is one of the best places to work for employees.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Raymond James (Tampa, FL) in October 2012.

    Interview

I originally applied online via Career Builder. Almost two weeks after my application, I received a call from HR asking to set up a phone interview. I completed the phone interview a week later and was contacted for a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager. A week and a half later I was contacted again and did a second on-site interview with the manager directly above the one I interviewed with. Later on in the week, I was contacted for some on-site testing which included an Accounting barrage, a numerical timed test, a language timed test and a logic/reasoning test. I received an offer the following Monday morning.
