Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Got this interview through USC's OCR. Was asked basic questions about my resume. Very standard interview - interviewer didn't seem to know what kind of job openings were available. Interviewer stated he didn't have much say in the job hiring process, so treat these as just a warm up

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Waterloo, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Very polite, two people - HR person and regional manager. Pretty much standard questions - why do you consider yourself suitable for the position, salary expectation, do you consider yourself a lucky person, etc.
Not too many tech questions. Got " thank you, but, no thank you" letter, may be because of the salary stated - 75000/year.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Boston, MA (took a day)
Had an on campus interview with three behavioral questions. They asked what I want to work on and where I want to go, from that I suppose the HR from Boston called me up. They pulled all the stops for a fancy 2 day hiring event. I was flown first class, stayed at a fancy hotel on the harbor and fed fine dining. There was a networking dinner with hiring managers which was beneficial in getting to talk to people, but was a mess because all the people at the event were not properly accomodated (place to sit, not enough room, finger foods). Interviews were preset and went by like a breeze; just like a conversation where they asked questions about the resume and work interests. The interviewers were neutral and no feedback on available positions.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 2 days)
Raytheon went a long way to bring new graduates to their facility, which included transportation, a night in a nice hotel, multiple meals (including an extremely nice coctail party with RMS leadership) and a select tour of their facility. Multiple managers were present and discussed different aspects of RMS, including some of their more notable projects. The entire process took 1.5 days and went smoothly. I had multuiple panel interviews that asked a variety of questions with different work groups, although nontechnical. Raytheon's HR was extremely timely with their updates and the overall process proved to be enlightening and positive.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
I'm actually still in the interviewing process, so I can't say I have or have not gotten an offer as I'm waiting for the next step. They came out to my university for a job fair and info session. The info they presented at the info session really made me want to work for them, so I got an interview the next day. The recruiter was very nice, she basically asked me questions from my resume (i.e. what I did when I worked at certain jobs, etc). The time flew. Pretty much, you they ask about your work experiences and then where you would like to work, etc. Nice interview.
