Interview Details – Hiring Process: Submit resume on-line, maybe get a phone interview - first round - lots of folks applying so the managers have lots of candidates to talk to - then process goes into a black hole. Watch on-line submission status till you get a second round of phone interview or a no longer under consideration on the job status web page.
Interview Question – What did you do to handle a problem you had on the job. Suggest you stay away from using people problems or funding/charging/contract/customer problems - keep it technical. View Answer
