Interviewed Oct 2009 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 weeks)
The interviews were all behavioral questions, nothing too unexpected or out of the ordinary. The second round interviews varied by the manager I interviewed with, some managers were awkward and others were more positive and sociable. The interviews were very rushed.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in El Segundo, CA (took 8 weeks)
I had an interview after a college campus info session, and then an on-site interview two months after. I received an offer three months after my final interview. The whole process was slow until I received the offer. Then, it felt rushed.
Both interviews were behavioral. All expenses were paid for the on-site interview.

It didn't seem like negotiation was expected at all, but I was able increase my bonus and delay my start date. Make sure you state what you want asap after the initial offer.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in El Segundo, CA (took a day)
I interviewed for a new college graduate position. There were maybe about 75+ students or recent graduates interviewing for maybe 4-5 different groups. Most students were from colleges from all around the US, with numerous from Ivy League or similarly ranked engineering schools.
Overall the entire process lasted from approximately 8am to 3pm. First, they provided breakfast and had some presentations for about an hour. Then they split everyone up into groups of approximately 15 and had tours. The tours were kind of long and lasted almost 2 hours. Then they provided a catered lunch and interviews took place after.
Since I interviewed with 2 groups at SAS, I was interviewed by 3 people total, 2 from one group and 1 from the other. Each lasted approximately 20-30minutes. The interviews are all behavioral. They do ask a lot about coursework and stuff from your resume. I never really figured out what they were looking for exactly, as I have not had much experience with interviews.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in El Segundo, CA (took 5+ weeks)
I lost a lot of respect for Raytheon as a company when it took one month from my interview until my 1:1 interview. At the 1:1 interview, I was interviewed by two people: the decision-maker, and another person who had no idea what position I was interviewing for. She was basically brought in to occupy my time while the other candidate interviewed.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in El Segundo, CA (took 3 weeks)
Phone interview then panel interview. There is confusion sometimes with HR, sent to wrong conference room, poor coordination with hiring managers.
