A few groups of managers and engineers do ad hoc questions. theyt ask about SCRUM datawarehouse models, how well you do under pressure? small room with glass wall and a white board. Nice group of people.

Open ended questions and deliberately vague to draw out your questions.
Reason for Declining
They seem stressed out.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
