Interviewed with one 4 members of two different teams over a few days which took about 3 hours each day. The HR department was very helpful in getting the interviews set up and keeping all of the conversations to schedule. While it was a long process, you could tell that Razorfish really seeks the best in the industry, so be prepared for a longer process to offer than you would at other agencies. After the interviews, I didn't receive an offer until almost a month later, so also be prepared to wait awhile for that vs. other agencies. Overall, if you are miserable in your position now and are only looking to make a move quickly, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a great Digital shop that will no doubt set you up for success down the road, then it's worth the wait.
