Interviewed Nov 2010 in West Reading, PA (took 3 days)
Applied online, Called for interview with recruiter, Did skills tests, Short interview with recruiter, Two days later interview with immediate supervisor and supervisor's secretary. Smooth interview process. Thrilled with the outcomes. Had researched common interview questions and prepared answers. Researched department I was interviewing for.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 6 weeks)
Took awhile to get a call after I applied online (about 3-4 weeks). After the interview with the HR rep, was sent to the main hospital the next day for interviews with people at my department. Was told I got the job but that they would have to give me a call 'officially' later the week. I got it and after accepting the position it still took a few weeks for them to schedule a 2 day new hire orientation. Similar length of time with other employees as well.
Negotiation Details
Not the best place to work at all. If the hiring/getting started process seems long, wait till you start and see how slow it really is.
