Interviewed Apr 2010 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
An employee referred me to this position. I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager and HR lasting for about 20 mins each.A week later I was asked to interview with a panel of 5 people from upper management ranging from 45 mins to an hr with each of them. They asked me about my previous work experiences to see if there was a match between what I had accomplished and the job I was interviewing for. Everything went positively but it looks like they have a number of applicants who might have more experience in Program management. This position did not need a technical background so I was not asked any design or programming questions. I was tested on communications skills and how passionate I was to build their online community.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
An HR person, the hiring manager, 3-4 senior developers (that I would be managing) and a PGM were in the interview loop. It was fairly easy in general. Developers were more focused on my management style and how I would solve some of their existing issues more than technical questions. PGM asked me a problem: you have a grocery list and you go to the store. How would you write an algorithm to buy all the items on the list.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
Received a quick response to application and resume. Scheduled a phone interview and interviewed with an HR person. Spoke with her for 30 minutes and don't hear from her for two weeks. Then she calls back to schedule another phone interview not realizing we had spoken. I think about half way through the second phone she realized we had talked, but I may be giving her too much credit. She seemed rather dumb and not at all knowledgeable about marketing.
