I applied through college or university – interviewed at Real Time Risk Systems.
First the company had a presentation on campus where students get to know about the internship opportunity and drop resumes. Then you'd better submit your resume online to complete the application. It seemed that all the applicants got a coding test question that should be submitted in limited time. This is generally an easy programming question where you are supposed to show object-oriented programming skills. Result of coding test would be returned in just a few days, if it turns out OK, you can choose from a few dates to go to their office for an onsite interview. Onsite interview may first focus on resume, then there's live pair-programming examining your coding test answers. The company has pretty professional process on interviewing interns.
