Typical phone interview and onsite interview of IT companies. Interviewed with 5 persons in total, and each gave me two coding questions. People are nice, easy to communicate. Engineers are willing to explain and clarify the technical questions. However, when asking about the the company strategy or long term plan, I feel they are hesitate to give the direct answer.

Reason for Declining
- Tried to created a candidate profile in their system before the onsite interview as advised by the HR; got a blank page in the middle and couldn't login again; I'm actively interviewing these days, and I haven't seen a company web site like this.
- When sign in for the interview, I noticed that they are using a very out-of-date looking sign on system, which doesn't match the fancy gaming or track downloading stuff they are doing.
- RNWK reverse split concerns me.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

four individual interview with four persons.
It was a typical problem solving and coding.
It took an hour per interview and it took whole afternoon to complete all the interviews.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

No wonder this company went through so many layoffs, the people there, the IT engineers, enjoy big offices and ask big open-ended questions, yet the better your answers the less likely you would be hired as the interviewers do not want someone more competitive than themselves.
