The interview process is a 3 part process. Telephone interview, 1:1 interveiw along with listening in on 4 calls a typing test (35wpm) and reading a paragraph out loud. The third interview is an invitation to come back for about 4 hours. You are ask to do a sales presentation along with another typing test (type and talking at the same time) and a group session. I will know more after my 3th interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Carrollton, TX (took 4 weeks)
The recruiter found me on LinkedIn. Called me. Phone Screen. Online Profile Test. Panel Interview. 1st 1:1, Director 1:1, Insulting Offer...Additional research through contacts.... provide credible intelligence that the company has a reputation as a (to be PC) "less-than-desirable" place to work.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Carrollton, TX (took 4 months)
Applied back in June 2011. I emailed the recruiter for this job a couple time the following month. Finally, he responded and set up an interview with the VP over the phone. Interviewed with the VP and he mentioned he would like to me to come to Texas for an onsite interview and to follow up with the recruiter. I emailed and called the recruited a few times and he would not respond back. I called the VP back only to be ignored. Very rude hiring process. Not something I wont to be associated with.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
I was called by their corp recruiter and she arranged an interview with the local office. I was hit with a spreadsheet and case study in which I was to take 1 hr to give a 30 min presentation. I gave the presentation but after hearing about the job in deal (and salary) I wasn't interested and turned down the opp to go back for a second interview.
