Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed May 2012 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
First had a phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Standard interview questions meant to qualify/disqualify you from the running. Answered a mixture of questions regarding personality and experience. Also received a quick background of the company, and got a feel for where their goal was. Sounds exciting!
Met with two individuals at their office. Both were very nice and professional, and were kind enough to walk me through the site. Seemed very enthusiastic, and people around the office seemed friendly and enjoyable as well. The position sounded very desirable (if you have the right attitude for cold calling).

Reason for Declining
Unfortunately, salary was an obstacle. Starting salary is $30,000, and is "non-negotiable". Commission is earned on top of that, but I was unclear what the structure was exactly. No hard feelings against them, but current job pays more and offers more benefits.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
