    Hired on first interview. General questions about sales, customer service, and call center questions. Easiest way to get an interview is to apply on Craigslist or be referred by a current employee. They start most people at a lower rate than they deserve, but there is growth potential. Drug testing upon employment only determines which clients you are allowed to collect for.

    They start you for less than you ask, but promise an objective environment where you can determine your own raises. The base pay ranges from 9.50-14 when hired and can go as high as 16.50 plus commission if you are a good collector.
