I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at Red Cross in June 2008.

Interview Details – three interviews, one was face to face with director, next with peer group, next with staff. long drawn out interview process

Interview Question – questions were typical behavior questions, mostly looking for whether you would fit in or not   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – not a lot of negotiation possible, and when it came time to pay the signing bonus it did not come in until i reminded 6 months later.
