Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Elwood, IN Oct 2009 – Reviewed Jul 21, 2011
Interview Details – The interview process is standard to most companies. The interview process in my experience was a phone screening with an individual from HR. Upon completion of this, I was scheduled for an interview with 4 members of management. These individuals were in different capacities (Maintenance, Plant Manager, HR Manager, Production Manager) at the plant. The questions were mostly technically based or situational. Upon completion of the interview, I was given a plant tour. It took awhile after the completed interview to receive an offer, but I did finally receive one.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Elwood, IN Oct 2009 – Reviewed Aug 23, 2010
Interview Details – The interview was very basic, asked a couple situational questions to assess problem solving. They mentioned if you were willing to work overtime, as well as your biggest weakness. Another thing is they want to know if you can multi-task, and how you handle stressful situations. In addition, they want to know how to interact with people, and your approach to solving a personnel situation.

No Offer – Interviewed in Jun 2012 – Reviewed Jun 18, 2012
Interview Details –
The interview mostly consisted on situational based questions.
I applied online and within a couple days I received a call from an HR Representative to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen lasted about 25 minutes, asking questions about my previous employment experience and some situational questions. Got a letter a couple days later, notifying me I was not selected as a candidate.
