Interview Details –
Nothing technical at all really. It is pretty much 4 people at different times that want to see if you are a good social fit.
They are hiring some people right out of the mac store.
You will be expected to pass the RHCE exam so you will go straight into training.
If you do not after 3 tries you are not going to be kept on
Interview Question – Tell a customer service story where you were successful and one where the customer was being hostile. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Salary is fixed.
