Don't take this job at all. They will work you to death for minimum wage and reap all the benefits. They are living in Clarendon so they obviously have some money. I just wouldn't trust them after the year I spent there and I worked extremely hard. I only ended up getting a 50 cent bonus..

Just walked into the store when asked to show up and we sat down and started the interview. I was interviewed by the assistant manager in training around the time of the store opening. He was the only one working at the time so during the middle of the interview people would walk in to order and we'd have to pause every so often.

Phone Interview asking basic information on work qualifications. 2 1:1 interviews. One with the GM then another with the Store Owner.
Asked basic questions: Tell me about your customers service experience? Tell me about your work experience? Tell me about yourself? What are your future plans? Do you intend on staying with out company for a while?

Interviewed Oct 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
Found ad online on Craiglist and responded by email around noon. Replied and had an interview the same day around 6PM at the Red Mango location. Brought my resume and interviewed with the manager. Very informal type interview, sat in the store seats across from each other. Asked basic questions such as why work here, name strengths/weakness, name an experience that affected you, etc.

Reason for Declining
Declined offer because they were looking for someone to work night to close, which I couldn't do since it would mean leaving past midnight. My commute back home is 1.5-2 hours when it's that late.
