I was hired on through my friend so I did not have to go through the interview process. From what I understand it is not difficult. They ask you questions pertaining to whether you are physically able and questions about whether you are willing to work a lot of hours.
Negotiation Details
Just depends on where business is slow or busy. The salary sounds good until you find out how many hours you will be working. That's when you realize that it would be best to consider taking the hourly pay.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
