I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at RedPrairie in May 2010.
Interview Details –
The interview was relatively easy, and I was offered a position, much to my delight. I believed RedPrairie must be too good to be true. I was right.
Within one (1) day, they rescinded their offer. Absolutely unprofessional HR organization within this company. The worst part was the HR Manager actually hung up on me!
I know the job market is tough, but do all you can to avoid this company. They really aren't great decision makers, in my opinion. Also, if this is how they treat their job candidates, imagine how they treat their employees.
Interview Question – If you interview for the unit I did, you will have to listen to the hiring manager talk about his children... for a very long time. View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation is possible. You get what you get, but it will be generous and you will be happy. Then they will rescind the offer.
- products were on latest technologies
- services were well received by customer base
- company culture was balanced between earnings and customer service – Full Review
