Interviewed Sep 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
My interview process was very unusual for this company. I was asked at 10am if I could meet for a 4p interview the same day. I was first asked to sit in on a Web Design review meeting, then had a 1 hour interview with the Vice President of Software. That was a whiteboard problem solving and personality interview, with one difficult problem. I was then asked to sit with one Senior Software Engineer for >1 hour of whiteboard coding. Apparently they liked what I had to say.

Negotiation Details
They suggested that they wanted me the next day and they accepted the first salary proposal with no balking. I accepted the offer with no haggling. We had to do some negotiation around technology created in my personal time, but that worked out easily over a few days.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
They were easy to talk to and very friendly. It was a behavioral interview, followed by background check and then the second phone interview was with the senior manager who asked a couple of technical ones which was followed by a case, the solution of which was to decide the fate of further rounds

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Austin, TX (took 4 weeks)
I got a phone screen with a recruiter, who seemed to care every detail in my resume. Then the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with an analyst in Reddwerks. The analyst just wanted to know if I had a simulation experience in Java. That's it.
Finally, I was asked to solve a problem, which missed a lot of information. But it looked like the manager had a unique standard solution and my answer differed from their solution. So said good luck to me.
Very bad impression about Reddwerks hiring process. Very focused on a particular skill and asked you to be in the same line with them. Not recommend!
