Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1 week)
Hi,
The interview process was quit good and conducted to test all the possible aspects for the job role.
It was one of the systematic way to carry the interview and the requirement demands a good challenge-able outcome. Later I found the rate of absorbing candidates was very low since it needs them to be with maximum accuracy and good knowledge.
First a call with HR for confirmation. Then conducted a kind of IQ test online.
Again a call with HR for background check and personal behavior.
Next day a long telephonic interview for technical and domain knowledge and skills.
Next day call with a person in higher management for goals, expectations etc.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Seattle, WA (took 9 months)
Interview consisted of 2 phone screens (1 HR and 1 VP level) and 2 in-person meetings with 2/3 people each. Most of it was about sales experience, understanding of the customer account, relationships and industry trends in the mobile industry. A little emphasis was paid on technical skills / competency but most of it was about inter-personal skills.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Pune (India) (took 2 days)
The interview was with the documentation manager and a TW from the team. It started off with a brief discussion of my employment history. The question that perplexed me was 'explain one process/task from a user manual that you have worked on". Also, you need to know how to use tools, since most of the questions were related to functionality of authoring tools like Adobe RoboHelp and FrameMaker.

Interviewed May 2007 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Friendly folks, easy going, made a good impression overall. I was asked a few technical questions, once I started to write a few lines of code on a black board they told me to stop.
The management team seem dynamic and less formal in their aproach, the offices relative new and modern.

Reason for Declining
Everything went well with the exception of the following: no paid overtime, I don't like that, the promise of a bonus is, well, could be just a promise. Also the biggest factor was that they declined to disclose the number of people employed in the IT group. Also declined to show me around the place. I got concerned so I declined further interest in a phone conversation later, a day or two after the interview.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Skills Test.
