Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The interview was brief: 30 min or less, with only the manager.
She asked general questions:
what are the other banks you worked like?
do you do group huddles/morning meetings at your current location?
are you passive or aggressive?
are you ok with saying no to a customer?
I was not offered the FSS position, due to lack of loan experience. But offered a teller position. And hopefully from there I can cross train.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 months)
It took quite a while between me submitting my application and receiving my initial phone call. The recruiter is amazingly nice. Honestly, my initial face to face interview was not my best on my part but she seemed to be kind enough to work with me. I then interviewed with 2 different branch managers in two separate interviews. A couple days after that last interview, the recruiter called an made an offer.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 4 weeks)
I was dropping my resume at different banks and the HR lady for Regions brought me in her office and talked to me for about 30 minutes about my goals and what I was looking for. She advised me to go online and apply for open positions. When I applied, I also had 2 employee referrals that probably helped me out. She called me back two weeks later to begin the interview with her. It lasted two hours and involved going over my application and then situational questions. She made it to be more like of a conversation amongst friends which made it a lot easier. I received a call a day later saying the branch manager wanted to speak to me. I was told I was among the 3 remaining finalist. The interview lasted 50 minutes and was pretty much a "get to know me" interview. I received a call three days later to fill out information for the background check. I received a call 7 business days later and was offered the job. Then upon accepting the job I had to take a drug test within 48 hours. The HR lady couldn't have been better to work with.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
The salary was set when the interview process begin. It is hard to negotiate with no prior work experience and being a fresh college graduate. The good thing about Regions is they want you to work where you want to. The person whose position I filled lived a good bit away and transferred to a closer branch. After a year of service, you are allowed to do an internal transfer to a branch that fits your needs. There is a lot of turnover, which means you have room to advance your career. They like to hire within the organization.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I would recommend having the entire compensation package spelled out to a "t" including bonus plan that I was told was a large part of the overall compenstation plan. I recieved a salary offer but nobody could specify how the bonus plan worked or the amount of the payout.
