Interviewed Mar 2012 in Tuscaloosa, AL (took 3 weeks)
Applied online, 1 day later took assessment test online, 1 day later received an email for group interview (which was a week and half away) I liked that they give you plenty of time to prepare for the group interview. Went to group interview where there was one lady from Regions that was reviewing us (there was 6 including me at this interview). She talked about the job and asked us to introduce ourselves and tell her about your present or past work experience if you are currently unemployed. After that she talked about benefits and asked if we had any questions. No one said anything so spoke up and asked a couple questions about the job. After all the questions was answered she dismissed everyone except for me and asked if I would be interested in doing a 1:1 interview with the branch manager. I of course said yes and talked with the branch manager. I was told that there was full time positions available and I would be reached either way to let me know if I was accepted for the job at that branch and schedule a background and drug test or if any of the surrounding branch managers wanted to schedule and 1:1 interview (like I said there was several full time teller positions available in the surrounding areas) or if I was not selected to move on with the hiring process. Its been 1 1/2 weeks since the group interview and I have not heard any word (either way) from Regions. I hope I get accepted. Everyone that I meet from Regions was very nice and I felt very comfortable with them!

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 2 weeks)
First you have to be sign up to be tested on your customer service and math skills. When you take the test, the math questions go past quickly so you should write the numbers as they are given to you. If you pass the skills test, you are called for an interview. If you pass that interview, you meet with the branch manager and have to pass another interview. If selected, you have to pass a background/drug test.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took a day)
the assessment was done in a room with 2 other people at the time, she put in a Cd, that took you through a teller in the bank with customers asking real questions you are given 4 options to answer, I thought this was the most difficult part of the test because answers were very similar. u had 30 seconds to give answers and a math test was given this was just basic math.
