I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Reid and Taylor India.

    Interview

Company got in touch with me. I met the HR head first, then my potential reporting manager, then the Brand head and last the CEO. Had to meet the HR twice again for salary negotiations and an understanding of salary break-up which they wouldnt share until i accepted the offer. that felt unnecessary.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I was able to negotiate to a rather negotiate to a rather negligible amount. You need to stand your ground to get a complete understand of salary payout, deductions, etc. before accepting as it is not very clear.
