Interview Details – Hr Round- Technical Round- meeting with Business head-Final HR round, whole process took 5 days. Hr was moree intrested to hire me than I was. Process was smoth, I had total 7 rounds of intervies with various people.

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Reliance Broadcast Network in February 2010.

Interview Details – Initial Communication by HR
Need to know about the medium. They have radio, TV, Digital as the three wings.
Need to know how to pitch to a client, about ATL and BTL communications, making proposals
Will be asked to make a proposal or plan on the spot. Plan should include different media. Preferably degree.

Interview Question – Will be told to make marketing plan for a client right there on the spot.
It is important to keep in mind the TG of a particular brand before someone makes a plan. Preferably you should prepare three four generic plans that include some Intellectual properties like Green Durga/ Rock fest etc.
