Hr Round- Technical Round- meeting with Business head-Final HR round, whole process took 5 days. Hr was moree intrested to hire me than I was. Process was smoth, I had total 7 rounds of intervies with various people.

    Initial Communication by HR
    Need to know about the medium. They have radio, TV, Digital as the three wings.
    Need to know how to pitch to a client, about ATL and BTL communications, making proposals
    Will be asked to make a proposal or plan on the spot. Plan should include different media. Preferably degree.

    Interview Questions
    • Will be told to make marketing plan for a client right there on the spot.
      It is important to keep in mind the TG of a particular brand before someone makes a plan. Preferably you should prepare three four generic plans that include some Intellectual properties like Green Durga/ Rock fest etc.
