    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Reliance Capital (Bangalore (India)) in October 2008.

    Interview

At mid managerial level the positions are filled mostly by referrals of employees or friends. seldom through Consultants. interviews and finalization are the prerogative of the immediate supervisor, the rest is formality with HR , reference check process and a meeting with Head of department. Majorly the equation of work depends upon the wavelength or feasibility of the employee and his immediate Boss, you get this equation right and rest is OK.
