at that time i was with other company and then suddenly i got a call regarding reliance.firstly it was a telephonic interview.after two days i was called for the video conferencing with sales head Gujarat.i had an hour with him on live video conferencing.then it was finalized for the next step that to meet HR people.then i was called to hub office and on that day i was selected.
it was a good experience to get it done very quickly.

My CV was presented through recruiter and was shortlisted , Interview was done by panel, individuals, 4 rounds of interaction and was asked to fill their form with details, was submitted also, after that 20 days no reply and was calling them then thet told about salary which was accepted and i was about to get offer after 10 days replied it has gone for approvals, be confident for joining, I resigned as I was in abroad to meet joining time, after that they reverted with 20% less salary, i was left with option with accepting of amount they asked for, i booked by international air tickets, resigned, but till to date no offer is give, no reply. Very bad experience.

Hiring process is a little slow. Need to follow-up with the Hr as your application might be lying with them but they take time to process, a little more friendly work culture is needed, interview process is good and smooth. First was a telephonic round with basic questions and the second with the higher management about your last job, strengths and weaknesses, expected salary, etc
