Interviewed Nov 2009 in Ghansoli (India) (took 2 days)
People at Reliance are nice and make you very comfortable. It is a overall good interview experience. It usually takes considerable time between the scheduling of interview date and getting an offer letter in hand (3 months).
I went through two rounds of interview:
1) Technical
2) HR
Technical interview details:
* Straightforward.
* Questions on how to solve existing problem from a researcher's point of view.
HR interview details:
* Conflict resolution
* Leadership skills
* Innovative or not
