Interview Details – Group discussion followed by personal interview

Interview Details – Hirirng is done vis personal interview or videocon depending on circumstances
Interview Question – Questions pertaining to fuel management, contract management were most complex. Answer Question

They had visited campus, 1 month in advance and made a detailed presentation.
GD on a general topic followed by an 30-45 mins interview. Interview was mainly around behavioral questions, technical - project finance, risk management.

Interview Details – I got the call from HR and shortlisted for techinical round. Then after 10 days I got call for technical round of interview on phone.

The hiring process consist of two phase: Written and Panel Interview.
The Panel mambers are really good. They asked basically the technical questions and some of HR too.
