The company contacted me back rather late. I posted for the position two months prior. I even had to go back and check to see what the duties/responsibilities were for the position. The phone interview consisted of the basics (experience, school, professional licenses, etc.) The one-on-one interview consist of the manager(s) detailing what exactly they do within trust and how would your experience fit with the scope.
