1-2 phone screens. 3-4 In-person interviews on one day.

Overall they want to see that you are liked by the team and capable of doing online marketing. They churn a lot of people so if you've got the basic skills and smarts, they want to see if you are a hard worker and willing to commit.

Questions around prior history and skills. A major point of emphasis for them is work ethic and they will ask your references as well. If they don't think you are at least a borderline workaholic, they aren't too interested.

I e-mailed my resume and cover letter. Got a phone call about a week later. Interviewed on phone. They asked me very unexpected questions. Some questions were tricky-made you think. Example: how would you handle a situation where you were doing an important task and then another just as important task was brought you. (or something like that).

They recruit on craigslist and quote the numbers from their comp plan at the highest tier and when you come in for an interview they will usually set you down to 5-10 managers who each manage 4-5 people in the company. This is the primary reason for it being difficult.
