Interview Details – Applied online. Received phone call about a month later and an interview was set up. Interviewed with one person over the phone. Very nice interview-- questions about guest service and solving problems. The company was great. A very friendly atmosphere. Be very friendly on the phone and talk about the importance it is to ensure guest satisfaction. I feel the resume should show history of customer service. 2 weeks later an offer came.
