Interviewed Feb 2012 in Columbus, OH (took 6+ weeks)
An internal connection suggested to the CEO that I interview for the CTO position. Corresponded with the CEO who expressed a level of interest. Was then passed to HR. It took the HR organization nearly 2 months to set up a phone interview. I repeatedly connected to move the process along, but there was no priority in setting up the phone interview.
I felt that for the position, the lax attitude and lack of response or urgency was very inappropriate for a C level position. My qualifications were very aligned with the job description. I would have appreciated an early "not interested" as opposed to a long drawn out delay. The entire process was very unimpressive and completely changed my attitude about the business and their lack of professionalism. I have recommended them many times in the past and don't know that I would do it again.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
Very professional and standard interview questions. Nothing creative or out of the ordinary. Just the basics of reviewing my previous experience, what was the most challenging moment of my previous job, etc. Although the interview went well, I did not hear back from them so contacted HR a week later. They indicated that the position was filled and I was overqualified for the position, but would be considered for future openings.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Columbus, OH (took 2 weeks)
This opportunity seemed a dream job and dream fit for someone with my background in both graphic design/web animation and development, however, at the time of interviewing, my real development skills were admittedly lacking. I leaned more towards the creative compentence at the time. The company, people and culture seemed an excellent fit and it seemed to be a great place to grow and build a career. I intend to re-apply as I've worked hard to advance my skill set the last three years.
