The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Resource Land Holdings in December 2008.

Two or three Phone interviews. Then an office super-day to interview with entire team. Most important to connect with partners, but can't fail more than one other interview. Be prepared for a little technical DCF and risk coverage, but primarily fit interviews are conducted. If this goes well an excel test is given as a tie breaker.

The process took a dayinterviewed at Resource Land Holdings in January 2010.

    Interview Details

The phone interview was not very difficult, some basic financial and "fit questions" such as:

What do you know about private equity?
Why do you want to work for the company / in the industry?
Where do you think the opportunity is for our type of investing?

Explain how to do a DCF.
What is a cap rate? Why trade at a higher / lower rate?

That's all I can really remember. Anyway, I wasn't invited for an on-site, but I hope this helps!
