I had 4 interviews over 2 months, all one on one and lasting between 30min-2 hours. They do not interview with a script, but rather have a conversation to get a feel of what kind of person you are. Very personable and detailed.

They will provide you a card of 'core values' and ask you to pick a value that resonates best with you.
Negotiation Details
They do not have set amounts to offer, regardless of what they tell you.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
