Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I submitted my resume on line. When I didn't hear anything, I walked my resume into the store. The store manager was unavailable. I called to see if my resume had been looked at. There was some rustling around of paper followed by a pause (while reading) and then an, "OH! yes it's right here." The assistant manager and I talked briefly on the phone and set up a time for an interview. I came and interviewed with the store manager for about an hour and a half. Much of the interview was spent on the company's "Core Values." I then had a brief interview a week later with the assistant manager, which felt really like a formality and was offered the job at that interview.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in San Mateo, CA (took a day)
One of the most challenging interviews I've ever had. They really look into your personality more than your skills. I appreciate the interviewer's honesty when I asked for feedback.

Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
i saw a ad , that they where hiring for sales associates, i sent them my resume and about 2 days later got a call that they would like to interview me in a group interview, when i got there on the interview day, 4 other people were there also, weird but that is how they do it they interview everyone as a group, they have you read a card that explains there values , People, Quality, Inovation, i forgot the other one sorry , they ask you what you have related to that in your life experiance, and job experirance, they really are not looking for your job skills, they want to make sure you work well as a team with the team they already have, they are looking for go getters, passionate, honest people. i was blown away with the question they would ask, one was what is your favorite food, or book to read, at the end of the interview i realize that this company really cares to know who you are from the inside not from the outside like the piece of paper that called resume, more companys should be like them , how many times you walk into a interview , spend 1 hr and at the end you are driving home asking yourself did they really get who i really am......., i really enjoyed the interview process, be yourself and there is no wrong answer, just be honest
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
few work hours a wk , i need at least part time hours of 25hrs a wk, if i took the job i would be working only 15 hrs a wk, and no benefits , i would quit in a month after figuring out, that the money i was getting was going in car gas. they only offer part time work schedule of about 15 hrs a wk, the more people they have part timethat means they dont have to have fulltime employees and have to give out benefits.

Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 5 days)
I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff who were very pleasant. I interviewed with both the store manager and hiring manager and they discussed my background and were attempting to assess whether I would be a good fit for the company.
