Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Retro Fitness in June 2008.
Interview Details – They made extremely empty promises, every thing they claim to happen that sounds too good to be true LITERALLY IS! If they made a claim or promise then when it came time to pay up the exact opposite would happen. They would take money instead of giving it. AMD I WAS THE ONE TRAINER IN THE COMPANY three years running. Paychecks arrived always atleast one or two days late. Working for them was truly the best thing to happen to me. I learned fry cooks at burger king make more money and it's less stressful in fast food with less hours for more pay. Sad day that a EFT is allowed existence in life
Interview Question – The only value of this company is that the people exhale co2 helping plants exist otherwise the whole company is a waste of life Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No mobility just I'll kept promises
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Retro Fitness in April 2010.
Interview Details – I applied and was asked questions via the telephone.
Interview Question – The interviewer asked me how I would handle certain situations. Answer Question
Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 6 days - interviewed at Retro Fitness in August 2011.
Interview Details – Saw online that they were having a presale. Since I knew that meant they weren't open yet I thought they might be hiring. Called them up and they asked me what my experience was in sales. I had a few years experience so they asked me to come in for an interview. I set it up for 2 days later. Came in and the 2 owners were very friendly. Said they will call me in a few days and now I'm waiting to see when I can work. =)
Negotiation Details – I didn't negotiate because it seemed good pay to me compared to other past jobs I'd have.
