Interviewed Jul 2010 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
I applied online and was prompted to fill out an online survey that included questions about criminal history, desired salary, and smoking habits. A few days later, I received an email asking me to call them for a phone interview.
I called, and the phone interview consisted of nothing but the same questions I had already answered online during the application process. At the end of the phone interview, we scheduled an in-person interview. In preparation for the interview, I was asked to complete an online personality assessment that took about an hour and consisted of some general knowledge and common sense questions ("What year did WWII begin?") and personality questions ("I would feel uneasy if asked to enter a cave. Yes/No/Unsure").
The R&R Houston compound is nice and well maintained, but the employees walking around the building looked a little uncomfortable like they were being watched. On the day of the interview, I was asked to take some more tests that involved number sequencing, spacial relationships, and algebra. They said the tests would not affect the outcome of the interview, and they were only used to see which position I'd be best suited to. The tests were supposed to take up to 2 hours. I did well on all of the tests except for the algebra section, which I definitely did poorly on. However, I was asked to stay for a 1 on 1 interview, and the 2 people who had finished the tests before me were not asked to stay for an interview.
Right off the bat, the interviewer told me that the position I had applied for had already been filled. However, they would like me to interview for another significantly less desirable position that was completely unrelated to the position I had applied for. I had actually applied for 2 positions, but the interviewer was not aware of this fact. When I brought it to her attention, she interviewed me for the other position I had applied for. However, I got the feeling that it's their decision, not yours, which position you are eventually interviewed for.
The interview consisted of typical interview questions ("What are your professional/personal goals for the next 5 years?", etc.). My interview went well; the girl who interviewed me was very sweet and we had a lot in common. However, I could also tell that a lot of the questions were loaded and they were looking for someone young, inexperienced, and easy to please with no dependents or immediate goals. Perhaps if I had portrayed myself differently during the interview or shown more interest in the other position they asked me about, things would have ended differently. I am experienced in the field I interviewed for, and I think the minimum salary figure I gave them, while quite low for the industry, was too high for them.
I got an email from them a week later saying that they were not interested. I think they were doing me a favor.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
I arrived at the building and there were about 7 other people waiting also. We all went into a testing room to take a series of seemingly irrelevant tests about such things as spatial relationships. Then I believe I was one of few to get asked back to interview in one of their interview rooms. The interview actually went very well and she said she liked me alot but I got an email almost 2 weeks later telling me that they would not extend an offer to me.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Houston, TX (took 4 days)
initially sent a resume through their website. Then received an email stating that they received my resume and wished to speak to me and to call a 1-800 number to schedule an interview.
After calling the 1-800 number you are asked to take an informal interview about your work history and general habits as well as salary requirements.
After that, you are questioned when would be a good time to take an ethics type test, then skills assessment test on basic algebra, history, and current events. If you make it through this then a HR person interviews you about possible goals with the company and also asks salary requirements again, and asks where you got that number from as well as notifying you that you may be selected for a further interview with them after the results of all the tests are in.
Afterwards, you are taken to another personality test and then I got an email stating that I would not getting an offer of employment at this time.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Houston, TX (took 3 weeks)
Had an interview with their HR manager. It was pretty straight forward. She asked me some basic behavioral questions and my previous experience. Later she moved to their company policies and their current offers. She was nice and friendly. Overall it was easy but the offer was not that much great that's why I had to decline their offer.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Houston, TX (took 1+ week)
I took the screening tests. All I got was a rejection e-mail. It looked pretty automated to me.
The math assessment is HARD! More than a few questions involved financial calculations, long division and algebra.
Also, what's the point of asking someone on a test whether or not they stole from some previous company? It's like you have to consider the interpretation of the questions in the personality tests. So, either you lie and pick all the "right" answers, or you tell the truth and get nothing. I want no part in this.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Houston, TX (took 3 days)
I was first contacted for a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes and was basically an overview of the position I was being considered for. I was e-mailed a link to take an online personality and intelligence test. Not very difficult but very time consuming.
On the day of my interview, I was given a 3-part intelligence test. It's like an IQ test. They e-mailed me some sample questions beforehand so I knew what to expect. I'm pretty sure I did well.
I was then interviewed by two HR people and one IT person. I thought the interviews went well, but about a week later, I received an e-mail saying I would not be made an offer of employment. That was that.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Houston, TX (took 1 week)
submitted a resume and got a phone call almost a month later. Asked a few general questions about my background including if I smoked cigarettes or not. Asked me to take a series of online tests including a personality test which focused a lot on if I ever stole from an emlpyer or if I thought people could work if they were high. Followed by basic and brief phone interview.
