Interviewed Aug 2010 in Kettering, OH (took 3 days)
There is a very tough test you must take. Basically, if you are turned away without an interview following that test then mark them off of your list. Very unlikely that you will ever get a call after that. The people in the recruitment office are friendly and welcoming. If you score high enough on the test (you will never know your results) then you will be asked to wait for an interview. You will then receive an initial interview from someone on the recruiting team to determine if the job you applied for is your best fit. Following that you will receive an interview with a supervisor, then a manager, and then the director and possibly the VP. Though when I got the interview with the VP he appeared very unorganized and didn't really know anything about me.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Kettering, OH (took 2 days)
3 or 4 skills/personality tests. Each one took an hour or so. Two at home and 1 or 2 at the facility. They may interview you after the tests. I got an interview and apparently didn't do very well since I didn't get hired. They're kind of snooty too fyi.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Kettering, OH (took 2 weeks)
Found job posting online, submitted application then researched and sent hiring manager correspondence via LinkedIn. Was contacted by in-house recruiter couple days later to schedule a phone screen in couple of days. Completed phone screen and was invited to come in to test and potentially interview. Recruiter sent me email link to take a couple situational and ethics tests online. Also provided were examples of the math, logic, matching and vocabularly tests I would be taking on site.
Since I traditionally test well on vocab, logic situation type tests, and poorly on structured math (especially advanced math, algebra) I figured it would come down to what they were looking for. Friends who used to work at R+R have told me that new owner implemented "means testing" and your scores determined if you stayed or went.
Following my testing I wasn't asked to talk/interview so saw the handwriting on the wall, which was confirmed the following week when I received a dear john email.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Kettering, OH (took a day)
Answered phone interview questions, then took an online personality test and answered some easy math questions. Went in for on campus testing -- alpha sequencing, pattern recognition, and word problems. I recommend studying basic arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra I, and algebra II word problems before you go to take the test. Person at the desk sent two people home. Was called to interview -- pretty typical interview. They asked what were my strengths, my weaknesses, where I saw myself ten years from now etc.

Reason for Declining
It didn't seem like a fun place to work. Look around, no one is smiling -- I got the vibe that Rey Rey is a hellish place to work. I felt like if I pissed on the toilet seat it would go on my performance review : ) . So, I declined their offer.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Kettering, OH (took a day)
I was called for a phone interview, then I was invited to take online assessment tests. After a few days I was contacted to come in for additional testing and a possible interview. NOTE - This testing would be a breeze if the company allowed you to use a calculator. Even though my cell phone, PDA and a binder I carry everywhere all have a calculator. THE YEAR IS 2010!!!! After I completed the testing I was asked to wait in the reception area for my results to come in. As I sat and waited, two recruiters were talking to the receptionist. The recruiters quickly left the area and I was called to the reception area and said that I would be contacted in less than a week for a interview. One day later I received an email saying that I was not chosen.

Interviewed May 2010 in Kettering, OH (took 6 days)
It was very drawn out... I was at the facility for over 6 hours on my interview day and then was given no reason as to why i was declined. By all accounts it was going incredibly well, but I still - to this day - have no idea what could have happened
