I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in March 2013.
Interview Details – Applied for a Strategic Sales position on LinkedIn and within 48 hours was asked to complete an online Aptitude Test, pretty standard test. After taking this test the following Monday I was asked for a Skype Interview, Credit/Background Check, and that was it. No further communication.
Interview Question – All questions are pretty standard, beyond asking about seriously detailed questions about your personal and family information which I have never been asked for by a job before. Example Question "I Johnny came to work after smoking a marijuana cigarette and completed his job at an acceptable level, should he be fired?" Having to agree or disagree ranging from a 1 to 10 in compliance. Random questions that a person who is a traveling sale rep would ever have to face. Answer Question
