Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
HR interview was very generic. I asked for a job desc and received a link to two jobs. One entry the other director level. First 1:1 15mins late. Second 1:1 had no clue why I was there. Neither read my resume.
They were proud of the company "rep", and corp culture. But they did not ask about process management skills or tech skills. Which I expected. I got the impression that they were hiring for the entry position but I am on a director's level. Which the HR rep should have known and scheduled me with the correct hiring manager. Which in the second 1:1 the interviewer danced around.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
I applied online since my school career site doesn't have related posts.
After about half month I received an email from them to ask for scheduling an interview.
There were 2 options: Phone Interview or Office Interview.
I decided to fly to Dallas for the interview. (The company didn't pay for the transportation)
I interviewed with 3 different representatives, each about 15 mins. They represent 3 different sectors of PR - Non-profit, Corporate and Customer.
It was a good experience.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I interviewed with 3 people:
1. The HR coordinator, who also has a background in creative
2. Brand Planning Director
3. HR Coordinator's Assistant
Each interview was roughly 35-45 min
1. HR Coordinator: She was very friendly, but also a bit tough. She made sure that you knew the prestige that was involved with landing this sort of position, as well as the agency's "stability", meaning that once you get a job here--you stay here. I found this quite different from the other agencies I had interviewed for because most agencies hire and fire on a whim. If I could give advice to anyone who is interviewing here it would be to make sure you appear friendly, dedicated, honored by TRG's consideration, and not faint of heart.
2. Brand Planning Director: She was very friendly and less concerned with me listing my qualifications and more concerned with what I had to say. In other words, I felt like she was looking to see how I think and process information (which is critical in planning) using a more conversational tactic. I had a lot of fun interviewing with her, so my advice would be don't be scared to be a little less serious.
3. HR Assistant: She was very friendly, but seemed unenthused about her role in the company. However, I felt that she did a fine job interviewing me, but once I got hired I found out she had actually left--to which I was not surprised.
The assistant got back to me the next day asking for references and then I waited a full two weeks until I heard from them. The HR coordinator called me and offered me the position. I have really loved working here.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2+ months)
It was obvious when I came in for the interview, no one had even taken a peek at my resume. They had no idea where I was from, what my experience was, or my education. I met with people whom I had no intentions on working with. The recruiter was aloof and seemed disinterested. I felt dis-engaged, and bored. Two chicas picking you apart is the last thing I expected from Richards Group. After reading his book, I felt like a perfect match for the company. After meeting with random people who asked stupid questions, it was obvious they wanted to be anywhere but there, and I am convinced otherwise.
