Interviewed Apr 2011 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
Tough interview process. Selection of candidates is very slim, you need to fit the mold of an aggressive hunter to get the job. first interview is with recruiter via phone, second is in person, and third is another one in person with your direct manager and usually an area VP. many experiential questions, ie. tell me what you would do in this situation, or have you ever had an internal conflict with another employee and what did you do.

Negotiation Details
fairly straight forward, little room for negotiation. corporate offers base salary ranges for every position, but unless you have quite a bit of prior experience you'll end up on the lower end of the base. note though, that sales titles are mainly based upon the territory you'll be taking over. for example a large territory that contains a large customer base will most likely offer a senior account executive position with a higher quota. this isn't bad, and realistically you want one of the larger territories with more customers to maintain...it will be easier to get started building your pipeline.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
