Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 3 weeks)
Initial phone screen with HR, 1:1 with regional manager, individual interviews with various team members, a 1:1 with a sr. leader and presentation to a team of people. The presentation was not really related to the specific job so it seemed irrelevant. When I asked about it I was told it was part of the standard hiring process even though the content was not related to the job I was interviewing for. What a waste of time!
My impression confirms what many of the employees have said on this site: constant reorganizing, too many layers of management to accomplish anything, micro management, unimpressive regional leaders. This is a company that doesn't practice what they preach.

Reason for Declining
I took myself out of the process - this company is not for me. Too many layers, micro management, and I just wasn't particularly impressed with the executives I met.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Personality Test, a Presentation, a Group/Panel Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Initial interview with recruiter, checking resume and asking questions around client base and targets with previous companies.
2nd phone interview with senior consultant who was very stern in approach. Asked what my specialist areas were and then proceeded to focus on the areas I was less experienced in (don't believe what they preach then - play to strengths), but just happened to be her strongest areas! When I asked questions around my strengths, she did not know the answers. I asked what instruments they used at RM and she said she did not know, she was not an instrument person! Well, what if Client asked her? Also she did not know the history of the company she worked for. Again, what if Client asked her? I did not feel she was rounded enough to be interviewing me and was not a good advert for her company.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Basic interview questions we asked (walk me through resume, behavioral questions) during the initial phone screen/interview --this lasted about an hour. Then moved on to 2nd round and had a face to face interview. This came about 2 weeks after phone interview and was very informal. Most questions that we asked centered around my previous experience and what I was looking for at this position. I believe at this point in the interview process they were just making sure that I was normal.

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 2 weeks)
Phone interviews with recruiter and hiring manager. Followed by in-person interview with hiring sales manager and other members of the San Francisco area sales team. Was then sent to another city to meet with the General Manager and several members of the consulting team. Met with the hiring sales manager one more time to accept the offer. The entire process took only 2 weeks.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 2 days)
Since I applied for a position as a home-based CMC, my interviews were conducted over the phone. Both interviews lasted for approximately 30 minutes and the interviewers were very kind. Typical interview questions - nothing off the wall. I had an initial interview with a Senior Career Management Consultant and then the Regional VP.

Negotiation Details
Didn't negotiate. I believe pay is between $30 - $40/hr for a home-based CMC as of early 2009.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 days)
Since this was for a part-time position the process involved meeting only two individuals. The first step was to meet with an person that was currently doing a similar job and explained the role and responsibilites. Once I passed that filter I was requested to return to meet with the hiring manager. That consisted of reviewing my resume and skill sets.
