Phone interview for all candidates who made it past the resume screening. Salary requirements were pre-screened. Then an in person interview for 3 people. Then an in person interview with the manager once removed, including a personality profile. Offer was made; starting date was 4 weeks later. Clean drug test is a requirement of employement.
