Interview Details

Walked in and gave the store manager my CV. The district manager called me to set up an interview. I met with the district manager for the interview and was hired after a background check/drug screening which Rite Aid paid for.

  • There were no unexpected questions. Just the typical why do you want to work here? How do you see yourself contributing to the operations? etc.   Answer Question

They offered a salary based on my year of school and it was what I expected. I did not negotiate.

    It was fairly simple. I emailed the pharmacy district manager who initially told me he would let me know if something became available. Within a week, a store manager called me to let me know that the D.M hired me and if I could come in for an informal interview
