Interviewed Apr 2009 in New York, NY (took 5 weeks)
It was a long process, started with a phone call for the HR, followed by another call from the HR department this time they had 10 questions. Next step they had me for a 45 minute phone interview which one has no clue how they did. I passed that and they brought me to the hotel to interview with 5 other people, mostly 30 minutes.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 months)
Very quickly I was given a phone interview, and initial in-person interview. The manager was late for the 1:1 interview by over 30 minutes. 2 weeks later, after ME calling back, was asked to come in 2 days later for a 2nd interview. I asked when I would hear something after 2nd interview, and no one could give any answers? I called back 10 days later, and was told it was in the hands of the HR dept. Called them , and was told they would be deciding that week, and it was down to 5 candidates(including me). I was reassured that I would be hearing personally from the HR person I spoke with. Well.....I never heard a thing. I finally called 2 weeks later and was told that "They were going ahead with other candidates at this time". That was all I got, after being strung along for 2 months. Not very proffesional, to say the least. I did not Expect the job, just expected to be treated respectfully and proffesionally!

Interviewed Jan 2007 (took 2 months)
After applying online I was contacted by the hotel to set up a brief phone interview. This interview was easy and to let the manager get a idea for you as a person. After that they will set up a phone interview with gallup that can take anywhere from 45 to 120 minutes. This is a pass or fail test and asks questions that are designed to get a idea about your personality and theory towards service. Then a 1:1 interview at the hotel, and a offer.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Chevy Chase, MD (took 1 week)
I was impressed with the number of interviews coordinated (6) in a short period of time (1 week). The process was streamlined, efficient and was impressed with the interview schedule emailed to me prior to my arrival at the corporate office.
